DLA Appeal Tribunal Options

Hi
Has anyone attended a DLA Appeal Tribunal recently? I've got mine in a couple of weeks time and am anxious about what will happen during the tribunal.
I applied last September and it's just gone on and on, I can't wait to have it over and done with.
